II. Required Content for a Valid Infringement Notice
In accordance with DMCA requirements, your notice must include the following information (all items are mandatory):
- Identifying Information of the Right Holder
- Individuals: Name, contact phone number, mailing address, email address;
- Organizations: Organization name, legal representative information, scanned copy of business license, contact phone number, and address.
- Information About the Infringed Work
- A clear description of the infringed work (e.g., title, creation date, work type, original publication URL, etc.);
- Proof of ownership (e.g., copyright registration certificate, original manuscript, authorization documents, etc.).
- Information About Infringing Content
- Specific URL or location of the infringing content on the platform (e.g., web link, product ID, publication date, etc.);
- A description of the specific similarities between the infringing content and the infringed work.
- Statement of Rights and Guarantees
- A written statement that you own the legal copyright or authorization for the infringed work and have a good faith belief that the infringing content was used without your permission;
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are willing to bear legal liability for false claims.

III. Infringement Handling Process
- Upon Receipt of Notice: We will review the completeness and validity of the notice within 72 hours.
- Handling Valid Notices:
- For confirmed infringing content, we will immediately remove or disable access to it and notify the content publisher;
- Record the infringement and report it to regulatory authorities if necessary.
- Handling Invalid Notices: If the notice is incomplete, we will inform you of the required supplements via your provided contact information; if the notice lacks factual basis, we may not process it.
IV. Counter-Notice Mechanism
If the content publisher believes their content does not constitute infringement, they may submit a counter-notice to us, which must include:
- The publisher’s name, contact information, and account details;
- The URL of the removed content and reasons explaining why it does not infringe;
- A statement agreeing to submit to the jurisdiction of the court where the content is located;
- A written signature (electronic signatures are valid).
Upon receiving the counter-notice, we will inform the right holder within 10 business days. If the right holder does not initiate legal proceedings, we will restore the removed content.

- We cannot monitor all content on the platform in real-time; copyright protection relies on active complaints from right holders.
- We do not assume direct copyright liability for content posted by third-party users but will comply with legal requirements to handle valid complaints.
- Legal liabilities arising from copyright disputes are the responsibility of the right holder and content publisher.
